Shop Policies


Standard shipping is shown for all items.  This is domestic shipping by United States Postal Service, First Class Parcel Service, by weight in ounces to USA locations.  If you would like to upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail ($6.80) please contact me.  International shipping is by USPS Priority Mail International ($24.95 to $35.95).  Contact me for international shipping.  Sorry for any inconvenience this causes as the shopping cart only allows one method to be shown for each item.

Processing and Shipping are two separate time schedules.  

  • Processing is the time I need to complete and prepare an order for shipping. This is usually 1 - 3 days unless it is a custom order and I will give you an approximate completion time when you place your order.
  • Shipping is the estimated time the package will take to reach you after I have delivered it to the USPS.  

Estimated shipping times

  • Canada: 6-10 business days
  • United States: 2-5 business days
  • Europe: 6-10 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand: 6-10 business days

 I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.


Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges

Customer satisfaction is important to me.  If you are unhappy with your purchase I will accept your return and work with you to complete your transaction with my shop in a satisfactory manner.
  • Just contact me within: 7 days of delivery
  • Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
  • I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
  • Please contact me if you have any problems with your order before returning for a refund.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders

Conditions of return

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
